To claim property, apply for a visa, prove spousal rights, or get government benefits — you need a registered marriage certificate.

✨ 1. Hindu, Sikh, Jain Marriages

  • Both partners must be Hindu, Sikh, Jain, or Buddhist, or converted into one

  • Apply on Jansugam Portal to your local Tehsildar (Registrar)

  • DOB proof (10th Cert.)

  • Submit "Notice of Intended Marriage" online/offline to the Marriage Officer
