Children turning 6 were not added, and widows or divorcees were left out—leading to:

Key Highlights of the New Order:
1. 👶 Children Aged 6 & Above to Be Included
All children who are 6 years or older must be added to their family's ration cards (AAY, PHH, NPHH, or Exclusion category).
2. ✅ Inclusion of All Eligible Left-Out Beneficiaries
Any eligible person who was not included in the Public Distribution System (PDS) will now be added.
3. 👩🦳 Special Provision for Widows & Divorcees
- Separate ration cards will be issued to any widow or divorcee not covered under PDS.
- Based on financial status and NFSA eligibility.
